Named after a cave

Carmite Cave is the first dungeon in Rune Factory, the one you clear with a rusty hoe and no idea what you are doing. The game came out in 2006 and the name has been in use ever since: a gamertag first, then the constant across every party, guild and lobby for close to twenty years.

Now it is a studio.

One person, small on purpose

Full-stack developer by trade. Real software by day, small worlds by night, same keyboard. Small on purpose means every game gets cut and polished until it is the sort of thing you tell a friend about years later.

Built on a lifetime of Minecraft servers, Terraria worlds, Stardew seasons, Paper Mario, Danganronpa trials and far too much ranked queue.

Bloxodachi Life

Create your OCs and let the chaos begin. Your Robloxians live, dream, form crushes and rivalries, get married, and have babies on their own little island.

It is a cozy god-view life sim. Pick them up, drop them together, and watch the stories unfold. You are the director of a very small world.

Still digging

There is more in the rock. New projects show up here once they are real, not before.

The plan has not changed since the first line of code: keep digging until we hit something unforgettable.

Which, it turns out, is the nice part. Collabs, playtests, publishing, or just gushing about The Thousand-Year Door. The inbox is open.
